I got the beef kabob and it was delicious! The meat had a lot of flavor and the portion wasn't bad for the price. The lady that took my order gave me a side of this green sauce and it had a nice kick and really elevated the flavor. I definitely recommend checking this place out if you are in the area.
Best Mediterranean food in Elk Grove. Def a hole in the wall worth going to for their clean and well balanced flavors. Some of the best lentil soup and falafels I've had in South Sacramento. My only issue is I wish the portions were bigger lol this mom and pop shop will not disappoint
I had my Gyro plate with fries yet again (Yummy!), while wife got the "Plate of Mazza." This was quite a lot of food, tasted great, and friendly staff. Gyro is served in very thin wrap, which is a bit messy, but everything was hot and fresh. This is a thankfully quiet restaurant, and the take-out side was busy at the time, yet didn't interrupt the calm environment.
Excellent Mediterranean food! We got chicken kabobs and bolani. Both get 5 stars from me. Reasonable price for great food.
First time here and was not disappointed. Came with 2 people and planned on sharing everything. The food had great flavor and the portions were huge. It's very quiet and peaceful which we enjoyed. It looks like 2 people work only so be patient it will be worth it. Will come again

It might be easy to miss Royal Kabob & Gyro as it's located in a busy shopping center with a number of other restaurants. But, Royal Kabob & Gyro is definitely worth a visit! We've dined here several times. While the service is minimal and the dining room only has about 10 tables, the food is fresh, delicious, and served up really quickly! Our favorites dishes are the beef kabob plate and the gyro plate. Both come with a generous serving of rice, green salad, and a pita bread. The gyro is sooo flavorful and tender. Plus, it comes with a tasty tzatziki sauce. The beef kabob is was also great-tasting and the garlic sauce (on the side) was incredible!
